A NEW FUTURE.

An existing factory building opened up for its next use. These are progress photographs, not a completed-project claim.

01 / RENOVATION

WORKING WITH WHAT IS THERE.

Renovation begins with an existing structure and a clear understanding of what it can become. These photographs record the building before and during intervention, including opening up interior walls and work to the roof and facade.

The process is visible in the material itself: older surfaces, new openings, exposed structure and the scale of the space that is emerging.
